The Tailor's Son (San Francisco, CA)

Spring has sprung in San Francisco, and what better way to enjoy than family time for dinner.  We found an amazing restaurant, The Tailor's Son, full of charm and gluten free options.  My sister and I shared the Radicchio Risotto, but ALL of their risottos are gluten free except the Osso Bucco.  The risotto had a creamy yet nutty flavor from the delicious combination of the Trevino (radicchio), the mushrooms and the Taleggio 28 cheese.  Taleggio 28 is a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese found in Italy, known for its mild, tangy flavor, making it the perfect combination with the earthiness of the mushrooms.  This dish was amazing.
